Absrtact
The main work of this plan consists of three major parts: "Assisting in the implementation of the Coastal Overall Cleaning and Maintenance Plan", "Coastal Peripheral Environmental Cleaning and Sanitation Inspection", and "Coastal Environmental and Peripheral Township Road Inspection". The results of each work are summarized below. (A) Assisting in the implementation of the Coastal Overall Cleaning and Maintenance Plan Assisted in convening a platform meeting to jointly discuss issues such as coastal environmental cleanup management, eel dormitory installation and dismantling of abandoned eel dormitories. In addition, the coastal environmental inspection and fast screening mechanism has been introduced, and a total of 328 coastal inspections have been completed this year, and 63 coastal dirty spots have been reported, all of which were immediately notified to the management unit and cleared within 3~7 days. In addition, the ICC coastal waste survey is conducted once a quarter, and the largest amount of waste is still domestic garbage and recreational waste (81%), followed by fisheries and recreational fishing (8%), and the source of waste is mainly from land-based sources. Through specially designed fun activities, we learned about coastal cleanliness management in Yilan and how to reduce or properly dispose of waste in our own lives through games, and called for joint efforts to protect the coastal environment. (B) Coastal perimeter environmental cleaning and sanitation inspection (stagnant water containers) Coastal environmental cleaning and sanitation inspection work, the project completed a total of 800 breeding sources to remove a total of 940 water containers, and the number of tsetse found up to 180, have been cleaned up. If large water containers or reservoirs are found that cannot be removed, microbial preparations will be placed and stickers will be placed on the water containers to educate the surrounding households on the key points and tips for removing dengue fever breeding sources in order to reduce the chance of dengue fever transmission. (C) the coastal environment and the surrounding township road inspections Establishing the principle of unified and established road cleaning inspection and notification, implementing the inspection of more than 3,000 km of roads, finding 104 dirty spots and immediately notifying the relevant maintenance units to carry out cleaning work. In addition, after the notification, we will continue to reconfirm whether the cleaning work of the relevant maintenance units is complete, and if not, we will continue to communicate and confirm until the cleaning is completed.
